Facial lift and resolving cheek groove, grooves under the eyes and wrinkles using your own fat (Combining the Midface-lift and Fat Transfer)
When people grow older, the skin starts sagging or missing fat. There are several ways to care such as applying skin cream, sun protection and the use of laser to treat missing fat layer such as using fillers (Filler).
The best way to treat missing fat layer is to fill it with our own fat to make your face look younger and clearer. Since our own removed and injected fat has a portion of stem cell that can make our skin young and radiant. Moreover, fat can also last longer than other fillers thus it’s ideal for correcting facial shape and rejuvenate the skin (Pontius& Williams III, 2006). Nowadays, there are reports saying that it may last longer than eight years ( Ersek et al.,1998). Locations that often lack of fat as the age increase includes grooves under the eyes, bags under the eyes, cheek groove or jaw making the face frame unclear so that you look older. Some people may find at temples, forehead, around the eyes and etc.
Aging changes were attributed to the shifting of soft tissue vectors in a downward direction

Treatment with own fat implant
In the past, it was not very effective due to the breakdown of fat after injections. But now there is a way to store and transplant fat. As a result, fat cells can last longer. Since fat cells and stem shell are like organisms that needs nutrients. Therefore, it is necessary to store fat cells, centrifugation and injection. It is popular in patients who wish to shape, for example at belly or thighs, and fat is removed for further exploitation (Coleman, American Society of Plastic Sugery, 2006).
However, fat implants have side effects like a coin has two sides. After treatment, patients may face swelling, uneven, bruising, hematoma, infection, clogged blood vessels, etc. Therefore, the study and understanding of the pros and cons are important for patient’s decision to avail the best treatment. Treatment need to be done on both internal and external bodies, so that the patients get the most benefits.
